I The 1996 Bike-A- Than for D.A.R.E. is a 12 mile ride for Roseuille and Mounds View I area students (third through eighth grade), their parents and families. Contributions will go to purchase materials for students in the D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance I Education) program. WHEN?
