Transfer <br /> At the April 16, 1996 Council worksession, Parks & Recreation Chair, Megan Ricke, presented <br />I the committee's thoughts on having a Charles Perry Park re-opening event in early June. The <br /> committee specifically asked Council consideration of a $1,000 funding request for planned <br /> event activities. <br />I Council was generally supportive of this unbudgeted funding request. They gave specific <br /> direction to Staff to fund this event from the Community Services Fund (No. 225) and not from <br />I the "Miscellaneous Community Projects" budget expenditure line item within the Mayor & <br /> Council department of the General Fund (No. 101). <br />I. Recommendation <br /> Council is asked to consider authorizing a $1,000 1996 operating transfer from the Community <br />I Services Fund to the General Fund to fund up to $1,000 of Charles Perry Park Grand Opening <br /> event expenses to be incurred in the "Miscellaneous Community Projects" expenditure line of the <br /> Park Maintenance Department. <br />I This item will appear as a consent item on the April 29, 1996, Council meeting agenda. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I . <br />I <br />
