Agenda Items <br /> a. Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the minutes from the April 8, 1996 Regular and <br />I April 15, 1996 Worksession Meetings. <br /> b. Consent Calendar <br />I 1. Committee Appointment <br /> The Council may wish to consider appointing several new members to the <br />Ie Finance Committee. Resident Terry Nygard and Resident Roger Aiken <br /> and a representative of the business community have expressed an interest <br /> in serving on this Committee. Additional information may be available at <br />I the meeting. <br /> 2. 1996 Operating Transfer <br />I The Council is asked to authorize a $1000 operating transfer for the Perry <br /> Park Grand Opening. The Council reviewed this item at the April 16, <br /> 1996 W orksession and directed Staff to place it on this agenda for <br />I discussion and action. <br /> 3. 1995 Fund Closings/Operating Transfer <br />I The Council is asked to formally approve four financial transactions in <br /> conjunction with the 1995 year-end audit. These include the closing of <br /> Debt Service Fund No's 305 and 320, closing the Shade Tree Disease <br />I Control Fund and a 1995 operating transfer of $20,000 to the TCAAP <br /> Fund. The operating transfer is related to the services provided by Larkin, <br />I Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, LTD. <br />I <br />~ <br />I <br />
