Claims and Pavroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$192,309.96 I <br /> and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note <br /> the following two claims which are part of this approval. <br /> a. $18,957 expended for the Parks Department Wood Chipper. I <br /> $21,000 was budgeted in 1996 for this equipment previously <br /> identified through the CIP process. I <br /> b. $104,665.66 for first quarter 1996 water purchases. The Council <br /> may be interested that the City purchased 82,000,000 gallons and I <br /> 80,454,000 gallons were billed out, a shrinkage factor of 1.9%. <br />c. Unfinished and New Business I <br /> 1. Resolution #96-25. Old Highway 10 Watermain <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-25, receiving the feasibility I <br /> report and ordering a public hearing on the improvement in the matter of <br /> the Old Highway 10 Watermain Improvement of 1996. Action on this <br /> item is subject to a positive reception from the affected homeowners at the eI <br /> informational meeting. <br /> 2. Planning Case #95-22 I <br /> The Council is asked to approve a site plan for International Paper. See <br /> the memorandum from Mr. Ringw'ald for the specific conditions of <br /> approval. I <br /> 3. Resolution #96-28. County Road D Improvements <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-28, requesting Ramsey I <br /> County to restrict parking along a portion of County Road D. This <br /> resolution should be adopted subject to the City Council approving the I <br /> plans to reconstruct the County Road D/Cleveland A venue intersection <br /> area. The Council had reviewed these plans briefly at a recent <br /> worksession and did not express any concerns other than the funding of I <br /> the opticon system. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> .. <br /> I <br />
