Add new ARTICLE XXVII - SEVERANCE PAY Regular full-time employees who have completed ten (10) or more years of continuous service with the EMPLOYER and who are leaving in good standing will receive a percentage of their unused accumulated sick leave upon retirement or lay-off. This severance pay benefit shall be thirty-three and one-third per cent (33 1/3%) of the employee'S unused accumulated sick leave to a maximum benefit of three hundred and twenty (320) hours of pay. ~ .. ... -
