Resolution #96-27. 1996 Street Maintenance Imnrovements <br />I The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-27, determining assessed <br /> costs of improvement and ordering preparation of proposed Assessment <br /> Roll in the matter of the street improvement project of 1996. The Council <br />I should also schedule a public hearing for the assessments on May 28, <br /> 1996. <br />I 5. Local #49 Contract Settlement <br /> The Council is asked to adopt the draft contract subject to signing by the <br /> Union. The attached information addressing the proposal is similar to that <br />I presented during the recent closed session on April 15, 1996. Karen Olsen <br /> will have additional information available at the meeting which outlines <br /> the proposal and summarizes recent discussions. <br />I 6. Resolution #96-07. 1996 ComDensation Plan <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-07, Adopting the 1996 <br />I Compensation Plan for City Employees. The Council might recall this <br /> plan does not include a specific percentage increase for employees. The <br />Ie rates varied based on the pay equity compliance requirements and <br /> developing a linear line approach to compensation.
