Compliance with the City Engineer's letter dated March 4, 1996, prior to consideration of <br /> this case by the City Council. I <br /> Mr. Ringwald noted modifications subsequent to the Planning Commission recommendation: <br /> Condition 2, The applicant's revised drainage and erosion plan (dated March 26, 1996) . <br /> provides for silt fence required by this condition, <br /> Condition 3. The applicant received approval of the Rice Creek Watershed District on March I <br /> 27,1996. <br /> Condition 4. The applicant has complied with the City Engineer's letter dated March 4, 1996 .. <br /> (Exhibit B). <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt Planning Case #96-22, . <br /> International Paper - Site Plan, 1300 Red Fox, subject to the conditions stated I <br /> above. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> C. Resolution No. 96-28. Requesting Ramsev County to Restrict Parking Along a I <br /> Portion of County Road D <br /> Dwayne Stafford, Public Works Superintendent, reviewed for the Council that Ramsey County I <br /> has requested the City to restrict parking along the north side of County Road D and Cleveland <br /> Avenue, 350 feet east of the intersection, due to widening of the street in this area. He stated this <br /> condition would have no impact to the comer commercial lot, but would impact the residents on I <br /> the first lot to the east of the corner commercial lot. <br /> Mayor Probst clarified that two motions must be made; one to approve the project, and one to I <br /> approve the parking restriction. <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve the concept plan for I <br /> Reconstruction of County Road D.
