I <br /> 2. Planning Case #96-04. Bethel College <br /> The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the Site Plan and I <br /> SUP Amendment at Bethel College. The Planning Commission also <br /> encouraged Council to direct Bethel to revise its Master Plan prior to <br /> submitting any future site improvements for City review. I <br /> 3.
