<br /> I <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA I <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY .. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION #96-35 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND I <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN <br /> THE MATTER OF THE OLD HIGHWAY 10 WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT I <br /> OF 1996 <br /> WHEREAS a Public Hearing relating to the Old Highway 10 Watermain Improvement was I <br /> held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two I <br /> weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters I <br /> presented at the Public Hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the <br /> matter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, I <br /> Minnesota: <br /> I. The Old Highway 10 Watermain Improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the eI <br /> Feasibility Report dated April 1996. <br /> 2. MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this I <br /> improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the <br /> making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. I <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 28TH DAY OF MAY, 1996.
