County Road Tumbacks -. <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-33, Authorizing the transfer <br /> of roadway jurisdiction between Ramsey County and the City of Arden I <br /> Hills. <br />0 Resolution #96-37 State Aid Streets <br />~. <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-37, Disestablishing and I <br /> Establishing Municipal State Aid Streets, This re-designation is a result of <br /> the road turnbacks approved as part of Resolution #96-33. The City is I <br /> asking for some of the excess mileage to be placed in reserve until the <br /> 1997 Street Projects have been considered. <br />4, Resolution #96-34a and #96-36a. Assessments I <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-34a, Adopting Final <br /> Assessment Roll (5 Years Amortization for Parcels 20, 33, 34 and 38 of I <br /> the Reconstruction Improvement Project; Parcel 46 of the Bituminous <br /> Overlay Project; and Parcel II of the Reconstruction Project 8 Year <br /> Assessment Roll, I <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-36a, Adopting Final <br /> Assessment Roll (8 Years Amortization for Parcels 3 and II. Watermain Plans <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-40, Approving Plans and I <br /> Specifications and Authorizing Advertisement of Bids for the Old <br /> Highway 10 Watermain Improvement. There are two items the Council I <br /> should note in regards to proceeding with this project. First is the location <br /> of the waterline within the easement further to the West.
