Staff would like to propose the Council <br /> authorize a special meeting on July 15,7:30 P,M. at the Public Works <br />I Garage to award bids and move forward the remainder of the project <br /> schedule. <br />I 7, Welsh Concept Proposal <br /> The Council will find a concept proposal for development of a large <br />I portion of the GBD. The developer would like to proceed with the <br /> construction of Building A this year and phase in the remaining <br /> development. In order to proceed, Staff needs Council to authorize the <br />I negotiations for the sale of our property, negotiate a development <br /> agreement and use of an attorney for land requisition efforts. <br />I 8. MCES Grant Ap.v1ication <br /> The Council is asked to authorize the submittal of a grant application to <br /> MCES to televise sanitary sewer lines. This grant request, in the amount <br />I of $10,000.00, would be primarily used to determine the infiltration of the <br /> current sanitary lines.
