Karth Lake RavineILake Josephine Outlet Final Pav Estimate I <br /> The Council is asked to approve the final pay estimate to Jay Brothers, Inc. <br /> (payment to Northern Escrow, Inc.),in the amount of $20,089.00. This action I <br /> would release all retainage currently being withheld. City Engineer Stonehouse <br /> has indicated that staff identified final punch list items have been completed for <br /> the Karth Lake portion of the project. I <br />c. 1996 Street Improvements Pav Estimate No.1 <br /> The Council is asked to approve pay estimate number one to T.A. Schifsky & I <br /> Sons, Inc., in the amount of $26,488.35. This amount is net of a ten percent <br /> retainage holdback of $2,943 .15. The pay estimate is for the period from June 17, I <br /> 1996 to July I, 1996 and represents approximately seven percent completion of <br /> the total project ($379,973.43). <br />d. 1996 Trail Improvement Chanl!e Order I <br /> The Council is asked to approve Change Order number one in the amount of <br /> $39,656.00 to Thor Construction, Inc. for construction of the Northern Trail ~ <br /> segment. Council may recall an earlier related action with the adoption of <br /> Resolution #94-43 on June 24, 1996, which approved a Cooperative DNR Trails <br /> Grant for this trail segment. I <br />e. Planninl! Case #95-23. Buetow Final Plat Extension <br /> Council is asked to re-approve the final Registered Land Survey in Planning Case I <br /> #95-23 subject to the original four conditions of approval in the matter of the <br /> Buetow Minor Subdivision. <br />f. Planning Case #95-16. Balfany Preliminary Plat I <br /> Council is asked to consider approval of a five lot single family preliminary plat . <br /> (Oakridge). The Planning Commission recommends approval of this case <br /> including right-of-way width and cul-de-sac diameter variances subject to four <br /> conditions. I <br /> Planning Case #96-08. Albierg Minor Subdivision <br />g. <br /> Council is asked to consider approval of a preliminary Minor Subdivision (land I <br /> swap) for a parcel at 1680 Oak A venue.
