". <br /> DRAFT <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - AUGUST 12. 1996 6 . <br />Mayor Probst raised questions regarding the progress and closeout of the 1995 Street Program. .. <br />Mr. Stafford advised there are a few items left on County Road F and Stowe A venue so these <br />projects have not been finaled. Mr. Fritsinger stated this matter will be placed on the August 26, <br />1996, agenda for consideration. Mayor Probst noted that four to six weeks ago, some remaining . <br />work was indicated by MSA and he want to assure this project is completed in a successful <br />manner. <br />Mayor Probst inquired regarding the Highway 10 project. Mr. Stafford reported on the work . <br />completed to-date and that the finish grading should be completed tomorrow. He advised current <br />costs in this project are $23,000 and expected to total about $25,000, and the lowest outside . <br />contractor bid received was $39,000. Mayor Probst extended his commendation to City staff for <br />this cost savings and their work on this project. <br />Mayor Probst announced he has been invited to provide welcome remarks at the Minnesota I <br />League of Human Rights meeting at Land 0' Lakes, but may not be available. Councilmember <br />Aplikowski indicated she is scheduled to attend another meeting and is unable to attend.
