Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the September 9,1996 Regular Council <br /> I Meeting, and the September 16, 1996 Council Worksession. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> -- a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims and payroll for the period most recently <br /> ended in the amount of$200,543.94. The Council may note payments in the <br /> I amount of $126,326.97 to Midwest Asphalt for the Final Pay Estimate, $3,600 to <br /> the City of New Brighton for rental of Council Chambers, and $18,578.70 to <br /> MSA for engineering services. <br /> I b. Election Judge Appointment - November 5. 1996 General Election <br /> I The Council is asked to appoint the Election Judges for the November 5, 1996 <br /> General Election. <br /> I 3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. Highway 96 Project <br /> Staff held an informational meeting with residents at Arden Manor Mobile Home <br /> I Park this past week to discuss the potential changes of Highway 96. <br /> Approximately 20 individuals were present.
