I am a resident of Arden <br /> Hills whose property directly abuts the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department (LJVFD) to the east I <br /> for approximately 77 feet. My property abuts LJVFD along the entire easterly boundary where the <br /> parking lot was built this summer. (See attachment #1, a survey of my property done in May 1996 I <br /> and attachment #2, photographs showing new parking lot in relation to abutting properties and <br /> existing/available parking taken on August 24 and September 3, 1996) <br /> I request that all matters brought before this meeting be denied and that no changes in the existing I <br /> special use permit or variances be allowed for the following reasons which will be discussed in detail I <br /> in the content of the materials: <br /> 1. The character of the lrovemmental action I <br /> 2. Reasons lriven for building the parking lot-is it a convenience? <br /> (See attachment #3, letter dated August 20 from District Chief to the City) I <br /> 3.
