Registration <br /> I Registration shall remain open from the opening of the conference until completion of policy adoption. <br /> I 2. Vo/ing Privileges <br /> A. The vote on any legislative matter shall be by acclamation; but at any time before the result of the vote is <br /> I announced, the presider may, and shall, if requested to so do by ten or more delegates present, submit <br /> the question under consideration to a vote by municipality, in which case each member municipality <br /> represented shall have one vote. <br /> I B. When any vote by municipality is conducted, only one delegate per city shall be permitted to vote on <br /> policy proposals, priorities, or motions, Each current LMC member city shall designate one official as <br /> .. delegate (and may select another city official as an alternate) for voting purposes. <br /> Only those officials with voting cards for their cities shall be eligible to vote. Possession of the voting <br /> I card of the city and the signed voting card register shall be evidence that the holder of the voting card is <br /> the city's voting delegate. The first representative of a city who registers and requests the city's voting <br /> card shall receive the card.
