- STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE NO. 312 AN ORDINANCE RELArlNG TO PARKING REGULATIONS The Arden Hills City Council ordainS that Section 26.3 of the Arden Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended 10 read as follows: - Sec:tion 26-3. PBr1l;ina ReGulations (a) Winter Parkina RMula.tlons Exceptio compliance with the directions of a law enforcement officer or in compliance ,with regulatory parking signs placed by a law enforcement officer or employee of the City, no person shall park any vehicle on the improVed portiOn of any street or highway in the Clty,during the period 01 time commenCing immediately. after the accumulation thereon of two or more inches of snow and continuing thereafter until snow removal Of plowing has been completed. (b) Ovem;nht Parklna No vehicle shall be parked on any street for more than 30 minutes between lhe hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (c) Parkina in ResidAnlial Dill.tricts Parking in Residential Districts shall be limited 10 the use of the occupants of tnose residences and their guests. (h) Admini!;,lrative Procedures The City Administrator shall adopl, from time to lime, procedures to provide for the sale and consistent application of. the parking regulations. The City Administrator may grant variances from the application of the parking regulations provided that such variances can be allowed without creating a satety hazard.
