STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 312 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS <br /> The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Section 26-3 ofthe Arden Hills Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 26-3. Parking Regulations <br /> (a) Winter Parking Regulations Except in compliance with the directions of a law <br /> enforcement officer or in compliance with regulatory parking signs placed by a law <br /> enforcement officer or employee of the City, no person shall park any vehicle on the <br /> improved portion of any street or highway in the City during the period oftime <br /> commencing immediately after the accumulation thereon of two or more inches of <br /> snow and continuing thereafter until snow removal or plowing has been completed. <br /> (b) Overnight Parking No vehicle shall be parked on any street for more than 30 <br /> minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />- (c) Parking in Residential Districts Parking in Residential Districts shall be limited to the <br /> use of the occupants of those residences and their guests. <br /> (d) On-Public-Street Parking On-Public-Street Parking shall not exceed six continuous <br /> hours. <br /> (e) Vehicles Including But Not Limited To Buses. Motor Coaches. Trailers. Cabs. <br /> School Buses and Trucks Over 12.000 Pounds No motor vehicle or trailer with a <br /> rated gross weight exceeding 12,000 pounds shall be parked or stored in <br /> a residential zone except when loading, unloading or rendering a service. <br /> (f) Parking on Boulevard Prohibited No motor vehicle shall park upon the boulevard of <br /> any public street. <br />. .0 ' ' <br /> . <br /> \ .( <br />
