According to my <br /> I records, these services have not been provided to the City for the last three consecutive <br /> Council meetings (October 15 & 28 and November 12.) As I'm sure you can understand, <br /> the public is wondering why a tape of the City's Council meetings is not being made <br /> available to them. <br /> . While attempts have been made by our office to communicate with you regarding any <br /> I changes of dates and/or 10eations, as well as requesting that you notify us if you are not <br /> able to attend the meetings so other arrangements can be made, we have no received a <br /> response from you. We have also made requests - and provided the neeessary time sheets <br /> I to you - for a more timely reporting of your meeting attendance, yet have not received a <br /> time sheet from you or David Dean since September, 1995. If these are not received within <br /> the next two weeks, you will be jeopardizing payment for those meetings you may have <br /> I attended. At a minimum, due to this delay, we will be looking for verification of the hours <br /> worked at any meeting identified. <br /> I We are asking that you do no less than contact me, as soon as possible, to provide us with <br /> your intentions regarding video-taping of the City's Council meetings.
