Left turns out of the site onto Lexington Avenue should be prohibited.
2. Left turns into the site from Lexington Avenue should be allowed for the Arby'sl
I Sbarro development; however, left-turn restrictions should be reconsidered when
a specific retail development is proposed.
I 3. Relocate the existing east driveway onto Grey Fox Road further further west
(halfway between Lexington A venue and the \vest driveway).
I We offer the following comments:
I . Since the retail development is expected to be in place within three years, we would
recommend that the decision to restrict left turns from and onto Lexington A venue be
made now. We believe that, over the long term, the only way to enforce left-turn
I restrictions is to build a median on Lexington Avenue.
I
fI One Carlson Parkway North, Suite 150, Minneapolis, MN 55447-4443
Telephone (612) 475-0010 .
