Mr. Post has prepared a review of the 1996 Budget, and revisions for the proposed 1997 - budget. The Council should consider and provide direction on several action items being - proposed by staff. - REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING - BUDGET ADOPTION - - 1. Aporoval of Minutes - The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the December 5,1996 Truth-in-Taxation Hearing. I 2. Consent Calendar Claims and Payroll - a. The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $88,564.61 and payroll - for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to Boyer e; Ford Trucks in the amount of$51,691 for the new Public Works Plow Truck and to Buchen Environmental in the amount of$17,535 for relining the sewer main on Oak Avenue. !r' b. O'Meara Deed . The Council is asked to approve the conveyance of the strip ofland from Barry - O'Meara to the City of Arden Hills. - c. Animal Control Contract I Mr. Ringwald has clarified the issues of concern identified by the City Council at its December 9, 1996 Council meeting. The Council is asked to approve execution of the contract for services with ACSI for calendar year 1997. - - d. Resolution #96-72. Authorizing Regional Mutual Aid Ass'n. Agreement The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-72, Authorizing Joint and - Cooperative Agreement for Use of Personnel and Equipment - Regional Mutual . Aid Association.
