Adopt Levy <br /> - <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-69, clarifying final sums of money <br /> - to be levied for Levy Year 1996, payable in 1997. <br /> - <br /> b. Adopt Budget <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-70, adopting the 1997 Final Budget. <br /> c. 1996 Bike Trail Improvement Project. Pay Estimate #2 <br /> The Council is asked to authorize Pay Estimate #3, in the amount of$58,803.35, <br /> to Thor Construction. <br /> d. 1996 Street Improvement Project. Pay Estimate #3 <br /> The Council is asked to authorize Pay Estimate #2, in the amount of$133,372.67, <br /> - to T. W. Schifsky & Sons. <br /> e. 1997 Pay Plan <br /> - The Council is asked to adopt the 1997 Pay Plan including a 3% increase in salary <br /> =e ranges and a $10 per month increase in monthly insurance contributions. These <br /> actions are consistent with the 1997 Budget and changes previously authorized as <br /> part of the 1997 Local 49 contract settlement. <br /> f. 1900 Edgewater Notice of Abatement <br /> - The City Attorney has indicated that the Resolution he prepared for adoption in <br /> - October was not consistent with State Statutes. The Council should move to <br /> adopt Resolution #96-71, Authorizing the Commencement of Proceedings under <br /> Minnesota Statutes 463.15, Et. Seq., relative to 1900 Edgewater Avenue. This <br /> action will move the abatement into the court system, allowing that sometime <br /> after an additional twenty (20) days notice to the resident, the nuisance will be <br /> abated. <br /> - <br /> - <br /> . <br />
