The purpose of this meeting is <br /> two-fold; first, it provides the opportunity to review what's occurred during 1996 and what the <br /> Committee is looking forward to accomplishing in 1997 and secondly; the Council indicated it <br /> - would like to briefly review some thoughts it has regarding Committee structure in 1997. <br /> As in past years, all Committee members were invited, but due to space restrictions, staff <br /> encouraged each Committee to send the Chairperson or other appointees. <br /> - The schedule for the meeting with City Council was set up as follows: <br /> ~.
