<br /> . <br /> - STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS. <br /> On July 12, 1993, the Arden Hills City Council approved Ordinance No. <br /> 294 which essentially transfers various parking regulations from the zoning portion <br /> of the City Code to the non-zoning portion of the City Code relating to traffic <br /> and parking controls. The City Council, by an affirmative vote of at least four <br /> Councilmembers directed that a Summary of Ordinance No.294 be published in <br /> the City's official newspaper and that a printed copy of Ordinance No.294 be <br /> posted on the City's bulletin board and otherwise be made available for inspection <br /> at the City's offices during regular business hOUTs. <br /> Ordinance No.294 contains regulations relating to the locations where <br /> parking is allowed; the length of time during which parking is allowed in various <br /> circumstances; and procedures for administrative variances to the parking <br /> . regulations. <br /> Effective Date.
