COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 294 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Section 26-3 of the <br /> Arden Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended; and Sections 26-3(a) <br /> and its subdivisions, 26-3(b) through (e), Section 26-3(f) and its <br /> subdivisions, and Section 26-3(g) are hereby added to the Arden <br /> Hills Municipal Code to read as follows: <br /> Section 26-3. Parking Regulations. <br /> (a) Winter Parking Regulations. No person shall park any <br /> vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a <br /> law enforcement officer or in compliance with regulatory <br /> parking signs placed by a law enforcement officer, on the <br /> improved portion of any street or highway in the City <br /> during the following time periods: <br /> l. Between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from <br /> October 15th to April 15th; and <br /> 2. During a period of time commencing immediately <br /> . after the accumulation thereon of two inches or <br /> more of snow and continuing until snow removal or <br /> plowing has been completed. <br /> (b) Parking in Residential Districts. Parking in Residential <br /> Districts shall be limited to the use of the occupants of <br /> those residences and their guests. <br /> (c) On-Public-Street Parking. On-Public-Street Parking shall <br /> not exceed six continuous hours. <br /> (d) Vehicles Including But Not Limited To Buses, Motor <br /> Coaches, Trailers, Cabs, School Buses and Trucks Over <br /> 12,000 Pounds. No motor vehicle or trailer with a rated <br /> gross weight exceeding 12,000 pounds shall be parked or <br /> stored in a residential zone except when loading, <br /> unloading or rendering a service. <br /> (el Parking on Boulevard Prohibited. No motor vehicle shall <br /> park upon the boulevard of any public street. <br /> (f) Parking Setback from Intersections. Parking shall be set <br /> back from street intersections as follows: <br /> l. Twenty (20) feet from crosswalk of any uncontrolled <br /> .. intersection; <br />
