The City Administrator shall <br /> adopt, from time to time, procedures to provide for the <br /> safe and consistent application of the parking <br /> regulations. The City Administrator may grant variances <br /> from the application of the parking regulations provided <br /> that such variances can be allowed without creating a <br /> safety hazard. Administrative variances shall be in <br /> writing and shall state the specific time limits during <br /> which the variation will be allowed to occur. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Sections <br /> VI.F.2(a) through (d), and VI.F.2(e) and its subdivisions of Arden <br /> Hills Zoning Ordinance No. 291 are hereby repealed. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective on the day <br /> following its publication or on the day fOllowing publication of an <br /> approved Ordinance Summary. <br /> Adoption Date.
