iv. Manufactured home permits <br />5. Pre -Application Consultation Meetings. The Contractor will provide up to two (2) meetings with property <br />owners or permit applicants, either in -person or virtually, at no additional charge to the Jurisdiction. These <br />meetings are intended to address questions related to the building code requirements in preparation for an <br />anticipated application for building inspection services. If additional meetings are requested beyond the <br />initial two, the following terms shall apply: <br />A. The Contractor will bill the Jurisdiction at a rate of $95.00 per hour <br />B. A two-hour minimum will apply for in -person meetings <br />C. A one -hour minimum will apply for virtual meetings; and <br />D. Advance consent from the City Administrator is required for any meetings beyond the two included at <br />no cost. <br />6. After Hours, Emergency Services, and Hazardous Buildings. The Contractor may provide these services <br />and bill the Jurisdiction at a rate of $125.00 per hour, per person with a two-hour minimum: <br />A. Inspections or meetings requested outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to <br />4:30 pm), or outside of an agreed -upon work schedule <br />B. Emergency disaster response <br />C. Evaluation of buildings following natural or manmade disasters <br />D. Properties identified as hazardous buildings, as defined under Minnesota Statutes §463.15 <br />Minimum Fees. The following minimum fees shall be payable to the Contractor: <br />(1) Building permits administered under delegation from the Commissioner of Labor and Industry: <br />$300.00 <br />(2) Mechanical system permits administered under delegation from the Commissioner of Labor and <br />Industry: $300.00 <br />(3) Plumbing permits administered under delegation from the Commissioner of Labor and Industry: <br />$300.00. If the project involves a single plumbing fixture, the fee shall be reduced to $100.00 <br />(4) All other permits, unless specifically identified in this Exhibit: $100.00 and will include one <br />inspection <br />(5) Where plan review is performed on any permit, a minimum plan review fee of $65.00 shall be <br />payable to the Contractor, unless specifically identified in this Exhibit <br />7. Jurisdiction Meeting Attendance Provisions. The Contractor may attend the following meetings without <br />charge to the Jurisdiction. Additional meetings beyond these provisions will be billed at a rate of $95.00 per <br />hour. A two-hour minimum applies for in -person meetings, and a one -hour minimum applies for virtual <br />meetings. <br />A. Up to two (2) City Council meetings annually. <br />5 <br />
