<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING, MONDAY, JULY 10, 1989 - 7:30 P.M., CITY HALL <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor <br />Sather called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL The roll being called, the following members were <br />present: Mayor Thomas Sather, Councilmembers <br />JoAnne Growe, Thomas Mahowald and Paul Malone. Councilmember Hansen was <br />out of town. Also present: Public Works Supervisor Robert Raddatz, Clerk <br />Administrator Gary Berger, City Engineer Terry Maurer and Administrative <br />Secretary Mary Ann DeLaRosa. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to adopt the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />APPROVE MINUTES Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that the June 19 <br />work session minutes and June 26 regular minutes <br />be approved as submitted. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Growe moved, seconded by Mahowald, to approve the <br />consent calendar for the meeting along with <br />authorization for execution of any necessary documents contained therein. <br /> <br />a. Acknowledgement of Kem Milling purchase agreement amendment. <br />b. Acknowledgement of the July 5 Planning Commission minutes. <br />c. Approval of the List of Claims and payroll. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Works Supervisor Robert Raddatz distributed <br />copies of his resignation letter and advised the <br />Council that he was resigning effective August 11, 1989, as he was <br />starting a similar position on August 14. He requested an exit interview <br />with the full Council. <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Mahowald to schedule a special City Council <br />meeting for the purpose of conducting an exit interview with Robert <br />Raddatz, on Monday, August 14, 1989, at 6:30 P.M. at City Hall. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to accept with regret the resignation of <br />Public Works Supervisor Robert Raddatz effective August 11, 1989. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />
