Section 1325.05 – General Regulations, Design Standards Subd. 4 – Screening <br />The Applicant proposes to construct a barrier wall as screening to minimize the adverse impacts <br />of nuisance noise to residential properties neighboring Building 14. General screening <br />requirements in the City Code require screening for industrial uses adjacent to residential lots. <br />Loading service areas shall be screened and buffered from adjacent differing land uses. The subject <br />property is adjacent to residential uses and Building 14 has a loading dock at the northeast corner <br />of the building. The proposed would fulfill the screening requirement and create a screened buffer <br />between the dock and the adjacent residential properties. <br /> <br />Image 4.
