This may be subject to Section 1325.05 of the Zoning Code, which states that if <br />the City determines, at its sole discretion, that landscaping to be planted in satisfaction <br />of the ordinance exceeds that which can be accommodated practically on -site, a <br />landscaping fee may be collected at the sole discretion of the City in lieu of on -site <br />planting. The landscaping fee amount shall be the cost of materials and installation of <br />landscaping, plus ten (10) percent, and shall be provided by the applicant and approved <br />by the City. <br /> <br />Response: Refer to Item 2) c) a. above. <br /> <br />3) Site Plans: Please provide additional details for the site plans: <br /> <br />a) Page L400, Site Sections and Elevations: <br /> <br />a. As part of the Concept Review with the City Council, additional renderings were provided <br />showing the proposed wall with the tentative plans for landscaping. If possible, provide <br />an updated rendering with the barrier elevations and proposed landscaping visuals. <br /> <br />Response: Updated rendering(s) will be provided at the City Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />b. The top two images on this plan page show the proposed barrier from the property line, <br />with Building 14 in the background. Please provide the relative height of the building <br />from the north and west elevation of the barrier. This was a question that arose at the <br />City Council Concept Review. <br /> <br />Response: Please refer to revised Sheet L402 provided with this response.
