He <br /> - noted that since the City is close to full development, applications for odd <br /> parcels of land will be more prevalent in the future. Mahowald noted that Council <br /> and staff will have to pay close attention to such applications to insure the <br /> proper development of such parcels of land. <br /> ADJOURN Hansen moved, seconded by Growe, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 9:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
