(4-0) <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />RECYCLING INFO Councilmember Hansen requested staff provide information <br />on recycling in the City prior to the Public Safety/Works <br />Committee meeting held on Thursday, February 15. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE CLOSED <br />MTG; LABOR NEG. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Berger advised he has received <br />a response from the union and recommended Council <br />schedule a closed meeting to discuss this matter. <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Mahowald, to schedule a Closed <br />Meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 6:30 p.m., at the City Hall, for purpose of <br />discussing labor negotiations. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Hansen, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 8:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
