be warranted to be alive, of good quality, and disease free for twenty-four (24) months after <br />planting. Any replacements of trees and shrubs requiring replacement during said 24-month period <br />shall be warranted for twenty-four (24) months from the time of planting. <br />9. IRON MONUMENTS. In accordance with Minnesota Statutes § 505.021 and <br />Arden Hills City Code Section 1140.01, the final placement of iron monuments for all lot corners <br />and/or angles shall be completed before the applicable security is released. The Developer's <br />surveyor shall also submit a written notice to the City certifying that the monuments have been <br />installed. <br />10. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain or require its contractors and <br />subcontractors to obtain, prior to any site activities, all necessary permits, including but not limited <br />to the following to the extent required: <br />• Rice Creek Watershed District <br />• City of Arden Hills for Building Permits <br />• City of Arden Hills Grading and Erosion Control Permit (Escrow will be <br />determined at the time of application) <br />• City of Arden Hills Right -of -Way Permit (Escrow will be determined at the <br />time of application) <br />• City of Arden Hills Water and Sewer Connection Permits <br />• Ramsey County Right -of -Way Permit <br />• MnDOT Right -of -Way Permit <br />• NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit <br />11. LICENSE. The Developer and NHLC hereby grant the City, its agents, <br />employees, officers and contractors a license to enter the Subject Property to perform all <br />reasonable work and inspections deemed appropriate by the City in conjunction with the <br />Development. <br />12. EROSION CONTROL. Prior to initiating site grading, the erosion control plan <br />shall be implemented by the Developer and inspected and approved by the City.
