He noted the committee has expressed a <br />strong desire for the city to conduct a comprehensive <br />community need survey; a representative from Decision Resources, who has <br />conducted surveys for several northern suJ:::urban communities, will be present at <br />the next regular City Hall committee meeting. <br /> <br />MISCELIANEX:lUS; <br />REPORI'S <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Berger reported on proposed TIF <br />legislation and proposed strategies from Financial <br />Consultant Jim Casserly. <br /> <br />Berger updated Council on a proposed 3% decrease in Local Government Aid for the <br />last half of 1990. <br /> <br />The Clerk Administrator also advised on recent Comparable Worth issues. <br /> <br />Berger updated Council on labor negotiations and discussions with Labor Relations <br />Associates. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Hansen, to adjourn the meeting <br />at 8:45 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
