Iago recommen:l.e:l a p:>licy manual l::e adopted <br />by PlaJ'lIlin;j Commission which specifies such iteJns as: all members should view <br />development sites prior to the meeting, only a certain nl.lIllber of excuse:l absences <br />during the year will l::e allowed, rules of order, etc. <br /> <br />Council questioned if the Board of Appeals was aware of the consideration to <br />merge the two bodies. <br /> <br />CouncilrnernJ::er Growe and Deputy Clerk Iaga stated they have discussed the matter <br />with Board of Appeals members am Planning Commission members. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council con=e:l with staff recommendations and directed the Atton1ey to prepare <br />the necessary Ordinance amendment, for consideration at the September 10 Regular <br />Council Meeting, to a:nnbine the duties of the Board of Appeals and Planning <br />Commission, effective January I, 1991.
