Approve Request for Action on Planniixl Case �90-11, on October 8 rather than <br />September 24, SUP for House of Worship. <br />b. Accept Park dedication for Case No. 90-10 Meyer/Medlin Lpt Division. <br />c. Approve Citizen Survey Contract. <br />d. Approve Fall Clean-up F�cpenditure. <br />�. Approve Final PaymP.nt to HRS Construction for Work at Kem Milling Site. <br />f. Approve List of Claims and Payroll. <br />Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br />11: ��wu����r� <br />�T,�rrn.�*rON; <br />GATEWAY BUSINESS <br />DISrRiGT <br />None. <br />Council was refesred to a report fram Clerk P.chn�nistrator <br />Berqer dated 9-5-90, relative to implementation of the <br />Gateway Business District. <br />Berger advised three actions are r�,;red to accc�lish the implementation and <br />outlined the necessary procechtres. <br />Planner John Besgly arxl Attorney Filla were gresent to answer any questions on <br />this matter. <br />Council and staff consultants discus.sed updating the City Coi�rehensive Plan. <br />Planner Bergly advised a systems statement is received on an annual basis and the <br />City responds to areas outlined for review. <br />Attorney Filla pointed out that changes in the Conq�rehensive Plan which will <br />ocxlir due to of the implementation of the GB District arxl the proposed Lexington <br />Avenue District will effectively accxm�lish a sukstantial portion of the Plan <br />update. He noted the plan is revised on a routine basis at 10 year intervals, <br />basically due to the availai�ility of new data. <br />
