The Ordinance may halt
development for one year and may be extended for up to eighteen
additional months. ~
The Ordinance would become effective following the date of
publication. However, the Ordinance cannot delay subdivi.sions
which preliminary approval has been given prior to the effective
date of the znterim Ordinance.
The Ordinance should be considered at a public hearing before
the City's Planning Commission. The Public Hearing should be
preceded by ten days published notica. The Ordinance must be
approved by three affirmative votes of the City Council.
