Malone suggested <br /> the City Attorney draft an appropriate ordinance to address <br /> this issue. <br /> <br /> Council provided the City Attorney with guidance as to their <br /> preferred approach to recycling service fees and directed <br /> him to draft an ordinance addressing the issue for their <br /> consideration. <br />
