A revised version of an Ordinance which amends Section 4- <br /> 43. The revision would allow the City to select a <br /> percentage requirement other than the currently allowed <br /> 50% requirement. If the City wishes to be less <br /> restrictive, it would reduce the current percentage. If <br /> the City wishes to be more restrictive, it would increase <br /> the current percentage requirement. <br /> 2. The second document is an Ordinance which would repeal <br /> the current trade area regulations entirely.
