'Ihe first version e,xparids the trade <br /> area to include activities of a goverrnnental entity within Ramsey County <br /> and allaws Council to set any percentage of net profit tax or continue <br /> with the existing 50 percent requirement. 'I'he second version repeals <br /> Section 4-43 from the Charitable Gambling Regulation. <br /> Staff recarrnnerx7s adoption of one of the 2 versions prepared by the City <br /> Attorney.
