<br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />" COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINAN~ SUMMARY <br /> ORD. 2 <br /> SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT, RETAIL CENTER DISTRICT <br /> AND I-FLEX DISTRICT <br /> On April 8, 1991, the Arden Hills City Council approved Ordinance <br /> No. 277 which amends Sections V.B., V.E. , V.F. ; and adds Sections <br /> V.D.(lO), V.D.(ll), V.D. (12), VIII. I. , VIII. J., and VIII.K. to <br /> Appendix A of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Arden Hills <br /> relating to development in Service Business Districts, Retail <br /> Center Districts, and I-Flex Districts. The City Council, by an <br /> affirmative vote of at least four councilmembers, directed that a <br /> Summary of Ordinance No. 277 be published in the City's Official <br /> Newspaper and that a printed copy of Ordinance No. 277 be posted on <br /> the City's Bulletin Board and otherwise be made available for <br /> inspection at the City's offices during regular business hours. <br /> Ordinance No. 277 creates a Service Business District, a Retail <br /> Center District, and an I-Flex District. The Ordinance describes <br /> the rules and regulations which apply to the development and use of <br /> property within each of the districts including the purpose for the <br />. district, the permitted uses within the district, the special uses <br /> within the district and the specific on-site development <br /> requirements for property within each of the districts. <br /> Effective Date. Ordinance No. 277 shall become effective on the <br /> day fOllowing publication of this Ordinance Summary. <br /> Approval Date.
