D. (10), V. D. (11), V. D. (12), VIII. I. AND <br /> ITS SUBDIVISIONS, VIII. J. AND ITS SUBDIVISIONS, AND <br /> VIII.K. AND ITS SUBDIVISIONS TO APPENDIX A OF THE ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RELATING TO THE <br /> REGULATION OF DEVELOPMENT IN THE SERVICE BUSINESS <br /> DISTRICT, RETAIL CENTER DISTRICT, AND I-FLEX DISTRICT. <br /> The City Council of the City of Arden Hills ordains that Sections <br /> V.B, V.E. and v. F . of Appendix A of the zoning ordinance of the <br /> City of Arden Hills shall be amended; and Sections V . D. (10), <br /> V.D.(l1), V.D.(12), VIII.I. and its subdivisions, VIII. J. and its <br /> subdivisions, AND VIII.K. and its subdivisions shall be added to <br /> Appendix A of the zoning ordinance of the City of Arden Hills to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Section V.B. Designation of Zoning Districts. For the purposes of <br /> this ordinance, the City of Arden Hills is hereby divided into the <br /> following zoning districts: <br />. R-l Single Family Residential District <br /> R-2 Single and Two-Family Residential District <br /> R-3 Townhouse and Low Density Multiple Dwelling <br /> District <br /> R-4 Multiple Dwelling District <br /> B-1 Limited Business District <br /> B-2 General Business District <br /> B-3 Service Business District <br /> B-4 Retail Center District <br /> GB Gateway Business District <br /> I-1 Limited Industrial District <br /> 1-2 General Industrial District <br /> I-Flex I-Flex District <br /> Section V.E. Land Use Chart. The chart below shows the uses which <br /> are permitted as a matter of right ("P") or by means of special use <br /> permit ("S" ) or planned unit development permit (liD" ) or are not <br /> allowed whatsoever in the all of the zoning districts in the city <br /> but for the GB District. The uses which are allowed in the GB <br /> District are set forth in Section VII I. H. ( 4) hereof, and those <br /> ,.,hich are prohibited are set forth in Section VIII.H(5) hereof. <br /> The uses which are allowed in the B-3 District are set forth in <br /> Sections VIII.I.(3) and (4) hereof. The uses which are allowed in <br /> the B-4 District are set forth in Section VIII.J.(3) and (4) <br /> hereof. The uses which are allowed in the I-F District are set <br />. forth in Section VIII.K.(3) and (4) hereof, and those which are <br /> prohibited are set forth in Section VIII.K.(5) hereof. <br /> , <br />
