Article II, Diyision " Sections 3-16. <br />3-16(4), 3-161b)aru:l3-16(C)oftheArden HitlsMuniclpal <br />Code are hereby amende<llo read as follows: <br />Seclion 3-16, Houra 01 Sale. The hours of sale lor <br />lic&nsed inloMicating liquor eslablishmentsare <br />reslriC1ed as follows: <br />(a) On-sale Houra. No sale of intoxicating liquor may <br />be made by an on-sale licensee' <br />1. Betweet1 1 a.m. Bnd 8 a.m. on Monday lhrough <br />Saturday. <br />2. After 1 a.m. on Sunday unless the licensee nas <br />also been isStled a Sunday on--sale liquor license. <br />3. Between 8 p.m. on December 24 and 8 a.m. on <br />December 25 unless December 24 is a Sunday and ltle <br />licensee has also been issued a Sunday on.sale liquor <br />license. <br />(b) Sunday Sale HDU"~ A licensee which I1as been <br />issued a Sunday on-sale liquor license may sell intox- <br />icating liquor for consumption on the premise in con- <br />junction with the sale oj food between 10 lI.m. on Sun. <br />day and 1 a.m. on Monday. <br />(c) on-Sale Hours.
