<br />- STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 266 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 1, <br /> SECTIONS 3-16, 3-l6(a), 3-l6(b) AND 3-l6(c) AND REPEALING <br /> CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 1, SECTION 3-l6(d) OF THE <br /> ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE SALE OF <br /> INTOXICATING LIQUOR. <br /> The City Council ordains as an Amendment to the Arden Hills <br /> Municipal Code: <br /> Chapter 3, Article II, Division 1, Sections 3-16, 3-l6(a), 3- <br /> l6(b) and 3-l6(c) of the Arden Hills Municipal Code are hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 3-16. Hours of Sale. The hours of sale for <br /> licensed intoxicating liquor establishments are restricted <br /> as follows: <br />. (a) On-Sale Hours. No sale of intoxicating liquor may be <br /> made by an on-sale licensee: <br /> 1. Between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Monday through <br /> Saturday. <br /> 2. After 1 a.m. on Sunday unless the licensee has <br /> also been issued a Sunday on-sale liquor license. <br /> 3. Between 8 p.m. on December 24 and 8 a.m. on <br /> December 25 unless December 24 is a Sunday and the <br /> licensee has also been issued a Sunday on-sale <br /> liquor license. <br /> (b) Sunday Sale Hours. A licensee which has been issued a <br /> Sunday on-sale liquor license may sell intoxicating <br /> liquor for consumption on the premise in conjunction <br /> with the sale of food between 10 a.m. on Sunday and 1 <br /> a.m. on Monday. <br /> (c) Off-Sale Hours. No sale of intoxicating liquor may be <br /> made by an off-sale licensee: <br /> 1. On Sundays. <br /> 2. Before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. on Monday through <br />. Thursday. <br />
