Commissioner Zimmerman statcd each tenant would have 2800 square feet. Mr. Tramm replied that was correct, but they also had to consider the actual build able space. Commissioncr Duchenes asked if there would be any dental offices located there. Mr. Tramm replied that was not his intent. He stated he intended on having small businesses that did not generate much traffic. Commissioner Duchenes noted that they needed to also look at future tenants if the buildings were sold. Commissioner Zimmerman requested any proposed plans show accurate elevations and a lot or detail. He stated it was very important that the renderings look good and thc proposed designs were very accuratc. Comm;ssioner Bezdicek asked the Plice of the units. Mr. Tramm replied this had not been determined at this time. He estimated they might go for $250,000.00 to $300,000.00 for each unit, including the building and lot. Chair Sand asked what his schedule was for coming back to the Commission. Mr. Tramm rcpIied they would be ready for the next meeting, after they mct with Council for their e comments. Chair Sand requested Mr. Tramm's architect attend thc Commission meeting when they officially prcsentcd thcir proposal. REPORTS A. Planning Commissioners Commissioner Zimmemlan requested the Commission meetings be moved to 7:00 p.m. Other Commissioners concun-ed. Chair Sand and Commission Rickc stated they would not be present at the next Commission meeting. B. Staff Mr. Parrish updated the Commission on the Guidant process. C. Conncil Member Council Member Aplikowski stated there was another TCAAP mceting next Thursday, , July 25,2002 at 7:00 p.m. regarding transportation. Council Member Aplikowski updated the Commission on the recent Council decisions.
