That the applicant meet the minimum requirement for the size of ornamental trees by providing the 10 Spring Snow Crabapples of at least 2 caliper inches each (in place of the 1.5 caliper inch trees proposed). 7. The applicant shall submit a landscape performance bond or other surety for 125% of the cost of materials and installation valid one full year from the date of installation. 8. A final utility plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval. 9. A masonry trash enclosure shall be provided using materials that match the primary building. 10. The applicant obtains all necessary permits from Ramsey County. 11. Compliance with the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. 12. The applicant will comply with the 60 square foot maximum for wall signage. 13. The applicant will not ehange the location of the existing pylon signs. 14. The curb cut will be right in, right-out only and the applicant work with Ramsey County regarding this right in, right-out. . 15. The company symbol identified as the anchor will be a part of the interior landscaping and will not be located along County Road E. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS A. ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATE AND DISCUSS POTENTIAL REVISIONS. Staff stated cunently City staff was working on reformatting the Zoning Ordinance to ineorporate it into the City Code as its own chapter. This would provide the benefit of having all City regulations in one place and would provide for easy cross refereneing between the Zoning regulations, the building regulations, and nuisance regulations. Staff asked if the Commissioners had any ideas, comments, or suggestions on what they wanted incorporated into the Ordinanee, to let staff know prior to the next meeting. REPORTS A. Planning Commissioners Chair Sand requested the new Commissioners be provided the GTS schedule as soon as it was published. . Commissioner Larson stated he would not be at the March meeting due to a scheduled out of town meeting.
