AT&T has <br />since acquired Cellular One and currently has 9 antennas on the Femwood Water Tower. The <br />most recent action was a SUP Amendment in 2002 which increased AT&T's number of antennas <br />from 6 to 9. The proposed amendment would increase the number of AT&T antennas on the <br />water tower to 10. An executed copy ofthe Special Use Permit from Planning Case 02-01 has <br />been attached for your reference. <br />Site Plan Review - <br />The following provides an evaluation of related requirements based on the attached plan set: <br />1. Zoning - Code Requirements Met. <br /> A dish or tower antenna is allowed after the issuance of Special Use Permit (Special <br /> Accessory Use) in the I-I: Limited Industrial zoning district. <br />2. Design I Aesthetics - Code Requirement Met. <br /> The current lease agreement states that antennas and all mounts shall be painted to match the <br /> color of the tower. <br />3. Construction I Structural- Additional Information Required. <br /> The City Engineer had coneluded that additional structural work should be submitted <br /> ineluding information on the structural steel particular to this installation, reference numbers <br /> for building and electrical codes, and a mounting detail.
