<br />~ <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br /> <br />of December, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmen Crichton, <br /> <br />Hanson, Wingert and Woodburnl and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau. <br /> <br />Councilman crichton. introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution NO.~-~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF A REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 76-1(A) <br />AND RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. 76-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS on July 19. 1976 the Council adoption Resolution <br /> <br />No. 76-36 ordering preparation of a feasibility report on <br /> <br />Improvement NO. 76-1 to provide sanitary sewer and watermain <br /> <br />to an area north and east of Karth Lake to the city limitsl and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is now proposed to improve an additional portion <br /> <br />of the city of Arden Hills adjacent to the area contemplated, <br /> <br />and generally to cover the following described area: all undeveloped <br /> <br />land around Karth Lake in the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, <br />
