<br />i' <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Town 30, Range 23 by the installation of sanitary sewer, water- <br /> <br />main, bituminous su~facing, concrete curb and gutter and drainage <br /> <br />facilities, and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br /> <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. statutes 1961). <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That the proposed enlarged improvement be referred to the <br /> <br />City Consulting Engineers for study and that they are instructed <br /> <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising <br /> <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pro- <br /> <br />posed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br /> <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />2. That the area proposed to be improved in Improvement No. <br /> <br />76-1 also be studied to include bituminous surfacing and concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter, drainage facilities and additional sewer and water <br /> <br />extensions, and that the engineer advise the Council in a preliminary <br /> <br />way whether Improvement No. 76-1 is feasible and best be made as <br /> <br />proposed or in connection with proposed Improvement No. 76-l(A) <br /> <br />and the estimated cost thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hanson and upon vote being taken thereon <br /> <br />. <br />
