Councl !men <br />Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Criehton <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its a.doption: <br />Resolution No. 76-45 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDER;F;;n LITTLE CROW ADDITION IMPROVEMENT <br />PURSUAm' TO PETITION <br />BY 10~ OF 0WNEr-S OF AFE'EC'l'ED PROPERTY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br />owners of the real property on Indian place south of County <br />Road E in the City of Arden Hills requesting that the Council <br />install sanitary sewer, watermain, and street at said location <br />and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be <br />assessed against their property, and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />JUly 26, 1976, a report has been prepared by the City conSUlting <br />engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report <br />was received by the Council on August 23, 1976. <br />
